By participating in our trading activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding your performance reward:
Withdrawal Limits
To ensure the financial sustainability of our platform and the continuous success of our traders, we have implemented specific withdrawal limits for your first three performance rewards. These limits are designed to prevent excessive withdrawals that could potentially impact our firm’s operational capacity. The limits are as follows:
First Performance Reward Limit: You may withdraw up to $20,000 for your first performance reward.
Second Performance Reward Limit: You may withdraw up to $30,000 for your second performance reward.
Third Performance Reward Limit: You may withdraw up to $40,000 for your third performance reward.
Subsequent Performance Rewards: Starting from your fourth performance reward, there will be no withdrawal cap, allowing you to fully benefit from your trading success.
Compliance and Consequences
Withdrawal Attempt Limits: Attempting to withdraw an amount exceeding the specified limits for the first three performance rewards will necessitate the resubmission of your performance reward request. This could potentially delay the processing of your performance reward.
Liability: ETX Funding is not responsible for any loss of gains that may occur between withdrawal periods.
Adherence: You agree to adhere strictly to these terms. Failure to comply may result in processing delays or the implementation of additional administrative actions to rectify the breach of policy.
